The fourth level consists of 9 rooms, each equipped with a kitchen, and toilet, new Muslim reverts room, and a management office.

The third level includes the Islamic school and consists of 7 classis of 72 students of both sexes, teachers' office, school manager office, women's prayer hall, women's activities office, women's ablution area

The second level of the centre includes the reception hall, the Imam's office, the library, the men's prayers room, restaurant, ablution area.

The ground floor contains a multi-purpose hall, health club, crèche, funeral area and storage warehouse
